Have you noticed the colorful new banners that are up around the Sunset & Vine District? They were created by students at Helen Bernstein High School as part of a contest coordinated by the BID. Out of thirty entries, the four finalists were chosen through a Facebook contest, and by the CHC Board of Directors. The students who created the winning designs were honored at the 2012 Sunset & Dine event. Thanks to art instructor Justice O'Neil and the students at HBHS for their hard work!
